The class name reflects that it originally consisted of Very Important People - - - our church's eldest members. Over the years, this class has evolved to include adult members of all age groups. Currently class members range from "life long" Christians to new converts in Christ. This class uses the printed curriculum from Gospel Publishing House to study the Holy Bible. The Gospel Publishing House material gives class members something to "take home" and study so they can be better prepared for next Sunday's topics.
This class is conducted in a manner that encourages discussion thereby drawing from the class members' Christian experiences, wisdom, and knowledge gained by living a life serving Jesus Christ. Members share their life stories, that apply to the study topic, thereby confirming that God's Word is true and at the same time uplifting other class members.
